MBK Talent has more behind it than most firms its size: a real product ladder, a named team, a chairman with a public platform, and a free monthly event nobody else runs. Almost none of it reaches the phone of the person who would pay for it. This is what we found, who is winning your searches today, and the 90-day plan to change it.
Scored the way a buyer meets them: on a phone, from a search, before they ever speak to you.
mbktalent.com · 14 pages · technical findings only.
| Issue | Impact, plainly |
|---|---|
| Services section renders as a 150-px scrollable box on mobile, holding 2,708 px of content | Phone visitors can't read the 17 services at all, assume the site is broken, and leave |
| No Google Business Profile | No map pin, hours or reviews — invisible on Maps and in "near me" searches |
| No structured data (schema) | No star ratings, event dates or FAQ answers in Google results, even once rankings improve |
| Page titles are "HOME", "ABOUT", "SERVICES" — no service, no city; the site name Google shows is "National Human Development Initiative Qatar", not MBK Talent | Google can't match the pages to any search a buyer types; the brand doesn't appear in the result |
| No Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag | Every visitor is lost the moment they leave — no way to ever show them an ad again |
| Absent from page 1 on 5 of 6 buyer searches | People actively searching for exactly what MBK sells land on competitors instead |
| Zero Google ads ever run | Competitors are paying to reach the exact customers MBK is missing |
| Cloudflare 522 "connection timed out" observed during testing; Google's page tester failed to load the site twice | The site can go down without warning — mid-registration or payment, the buyer leaves |
| Only checkout is PayPal in USD | A Qatari buyer sees a foreign currency and an extra step at the moment of paying |
| Four different phone numbers across pages | Buyers don't know which is real; inconsistent details also hurt local ranking |
| Certification page still shows "Registration Open Now" for 5–8 August | Visitors think they can register for a course that already happened |
| A second public page sells the same certification at QAR 12,999 | Undercuts the 15,999 list price in public; trains buyers to hunt for the cheaper link |
The 17-service menu is too broad to rank for. What MBK actually sells and can prove is executive and leadership coaching, coach certification and strengths assessment, in Qatar. Google Search Qatar, English, 6 September, page 1.
| Search | MBK on page 1 | Who appears instead |
|---|---|---|
| executive coaching Doha | Not present | Coach Transformation Academy (4.9★, 338 reviews), Empower World, Red Rock, Noomii, HEC Paris; one sponsored result |
| leadership training Qatar | Not present | Map panel: Leaders Training Centre (4.8★, 967 reviews); Qatar Leadership Centre, Excellence Training, Edoxi (4.9★, 250) |
| coach certification Qatar — the flagship, QAR 15,999 | Not present | Coach Transformation Academy, Coach Training EDU; map pack: Empower World (5.0★), Doha Life Coach (5.0★), Team Academy (4.9★, 324); a sponsored result |
| strengths assessment Qatar — the priced entry product | Not present | Red Rock, Jumpstart Center, evalufy, Eunoia Wellness, Flourishing Minds Clinic |
| corporate training companies Qatar | Not present, nor in either "top 10" list on the page | Edoxi, Edstellar's list; map pack: Team Academy, Excellence Training (4.8★, 1,300 reviews), Inspire (4.8★, 570) |
| talent development consulting Qatar — broad menu term | 4th organic result | Inspire Talent Acquisition, Newoon, Trinity Talent Qatar, CertiMinds ahead |
Training centres with hundreds of Google reviews and a map listing. Coaching firms with ICF badges on every page. MBK has no map listing, no reviews, and no page written for any of these searches.
Sponsored results appear on two of the six searches. Google's Ads Transparency Center shows zero ads ever for mbktalent.com in Qatar. Competitors are buying the searches MBK's products answer.
A YouTube channel with testimonial shorts (brand video: 4 views in two months) and a Facebook page still named "MBK consulting" with ten followers. Both exist, neither is connected to anything.
The two firms winning MBK's searches today, from their own public sites.
| MBK Talent | Coach Transformation Academy | Empower World | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry offer | USD 330 strengths assessment | $99 mentoring masterclass — public, cheap, an easy first yes | None shown |
| Flagship | QAR 15,999 Impact Coach Certification (public 12,999 discount page) | Certification ladder foundational → Master Coach; prices not shown | Executive coaching, leadership training, own certification; prices not shown |
| Credentials shown | Scattered — the CEO's ICF, NLP and 23-year record sits on one certification page only | ICF-accredited, stated on every programme | ICF, ACC, ILM, NLP Master and more, front and centre |
| Proof | 26 named testimonials, no video | 4.9★ with 338 Google reviews in search | 5.0★ with 23 Google reviews in the map pack |
| Free live offer | Coach Connect: 9 free monthly masterclasses, English and Arabic | None found | None found |
| Google presence | No Business Profile, no ads, absent from the niche searches | Ranks for executive coaching and coach certification; paid presence | Ranks for executive coaching; map-pack listing with reviews |
Reverse the wrongs first. Every line answers a finding above.
Organic — free, slower, permanent. The titles, copy, schema and Business Profile work teaches Google what each page offers. Over 60–90 days the pages start matching buyer searches naturally. No cost per click, and it keeps working after the work is done.
Paid — immediate, stops when spend stops. Meta ads fill Coach Connect from mid-month 1; search ads on the five missing searches start at day 45, once the site is fixed, so MBK is visible while the organic work takes hold.
We fix the site so Google finds you for free, forever. Ads are the bridge while that takes hold.
The shoot, the calendar, the strategy, and the three things a standard package would miss.
Why it matters: managers who can't lead, talent that leaves, teams that underperform. Makes the buyer recognise their own situation.
Evidence MBK solves it: client stories, cohort results, frameworks, reviews. Turns interest into trust.
The CEO and Qaiyanat as credentialed experts with a point of view. People hire people they've been reading.
How to start: the free masterclass, the assessment, WhatsApp. Every month, a clear next step.
By day 14: real bios for Avinash Deshpande (ICF, NLP, 23+ years, airline, government and FIFA 2022 delivery, 4,000+ leaders coached) and Qaiyanat Soni — on LinkedIn About, the website team page, and a pinned introduction post.
Then: advice posts that could only come from that person's experience. Buyers trust a person they've been reading, not a logo.
Testimonial videos from the 26 existing clients, recorded by MBK on a call and edited by Ignitro. The August cohort's story and graduate faces. Coach Connect filmed every month. MBK's own frameworks as carousels. Reviews collected on the new Business Profile.
The fixed website with WhatsApp and QAR pricing. The free masterclass and the assessment promoted as the visible first step. Search ads on the missing searches. The monthly newsletter keeping 2,679 followers warm. Every enquiry routed to Qaiyanat the same day, with a monthly lead sheet.
| Gap | Why it matters | Added deliverable |
|---|---|---|
| Testimonial video is its own task | The 26 testimonials are past individual clients, not Coach Connect attendees; they won't be in the room on shoot day | 1 a month: MBK holds a short online call with the client and records it; Ignitro edits, captions and publishes |
| Bios are a dated deliverable | Posts under a name with no visible credentials have no foundation; both competitors show theirs | CEO and Qaiyanat bios written and published by day 14, before any expert post |
| Reviews don't appear on their own | An empty Business Profile looks almost as bad as none | Every month, 3–5 recent clients or attendees asked for a Google review |
Conservative and phased. All ad spend is paid directly from MBK's own card on MBK's own ad accounts; Ignitro manages the campaigns and never invoices ad spend.
Pixels installed in week 1, then Meta ads to fill Coach Connect — 19 September first, then 17 October. Awareness for a free event suits Meta; no spend on the QAR 15,999 sale here.
Starts only once the site fixes are live — clicks to a broken mobile page can't convert. A test budget on the five missing searches gives real cost-per-click and cost-per-enquiry.
LinkedIn costs far more per click, so it's a small, precise spend: job titles only (HR Director, CHRO, People & Culture), boosting the best post or the free diagnostic.
Total by month 3: roughly QAR 2,800–3,800 a month. Month 2's real numbers set month 3's budget, not this estimate.
| Content delivered | 4 · 12 · 8 · 1 |
| On-time publishing | ≥95% |
| Comment / DM response | ≤24h |
| Bios published | day 14 |
| Business Profile live | day 14 |
| Website fixes complete | day 30 |
| Meta ads live | ~day 10 |
| Search ads live | day 45 |
| Report delivered | by the 5th |
These targets assume the phased ad budget is live. Follower growth and page-1 presence are driven by ads as much as by content; if spend is paused or reduced, targets are revised in proportion. Ignitro is not judged on organic effort alone.
| Qualified enquiries to MBK | baseline month 1 → 12 in the quarter |
| Acknowledged within 24h | 100% |
| Coach Connect registrations from our posts and ads | tracked |
| Cost per enquiry (search ads) | benchmark month 2 |
An enquiry is a real person asking about a service by DM, comment, form, ad or WhatsApp. After hand-off it is MBK's sales process. Enquiry targets likewise assume the ad budget is live.
